Precautions for exercises on this website:


Do not begin the exercises on this website if:


  • You have a fever

  • Feel short of breath or have difficulty breathing at rest

  • Have chest pain or palpitations

  • Have a new symptom of swollen legs


Stop the exercises immediately and rest if you develop:


  • Shortness of breath more than normal for you currently

  • Chest pain

  • Dizziness

  • Cool, clammy skin

  • Palpitations or an irregular heartbeat

  • Excessive fatigue


If these symptoms don’t stop with rest, seek medical assistance.
